Executive Chef / Owner – Craig Freeman

Craig Freeman has had a lifelong appreciation for food that began as a child growing up in New Orleans, Louisiana. That appreciation grew as he started his culinary career after moving to North Carolina and continued after enrolling and then graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

With aspirations to improve his culinary knowledge, his passion for food brought him to New York City where he worked in the kitchens of some of Manhattan’s most acclaimed restaurants including Le Cirque and Payard Patisserie and Bistro. Among some of Craig’s accomplishments he co-authored the cookbook Bite Size: Elegant Recipies for Entertaining with Francois Payard, an award winning and world renowed chef.

Craig has now returned to North Carolina to bring his experience from some of New York’s most prestigious restaurants to the Triangle area.
